If Bicon isn't right for you, we'd genuinely rather you have your money than feel stuck with software you regret buying.
Email us at hello@bicon.app from the same email address you used to buy Bicon. One line is fine — "I'd like a refund" gets the job done. We'll reply with confirmation and process the refund within 5 business days, refunded via the original payment method.

We can't process refunds more than 14 days after purchase. We'd rather have a generous, clear cut-off than a fuzzy "ask us and we'll see" policy that wastes everyone's time.
If something has gone seriously wrong outside the window — a bug we caused, a problem we should have prevented — email us anyway. We'll figure it out as humans.
Your data stays on your phone. Bicon doesn't store your business information on our servers, so a refund doesn't trigger any deletion on our end. If you want to remove Bicon from your phone, you can uninstall it like any other app — that wipes the local data with it.
If you've made backups to Google Drive, WhatsApp, or anywhere else, those backups are yours to keep or delete as you wish.
When we refund a purchase, we remove that email from our update list. The installed copy of Bicon will continue to work on your device — we don't reach into your phone — but you won't receive the future update emails that paying customers do.
If you change your mind later, you can purchase Bicon again and pick right back up.
